Details: RASE members are invited to Blenheim Palace for a members’ lunch and tour of the Blenheim Palace Estate. The event will begin with pre-lunch drinks on the terrace of the Orangery Restaurant, providing an opportunity to network with other members before lunch is served. The tour of the estate will be via tractor and trailer, and will include areas of the estate usually not open to the public.
Guests will be taken around the magnificent World Heritage Site stopping at key locations to discuss some of the historic monuments in the Parkland and also some of their management challenges today, including the many events it plays host to. The team will also cover some of the wider aspects of caring for an Estate like Blenheim today including how land is being used for a mixture of energy, food and woodlands to become carbon neutral.
